What materials do you use?
Each piece is handcrafted using solid 18k gold and carefully hand-selected gemstones. We specialize in pearls, tourmalines, diamonds, and other unique, high-quality stones—because true luxury is in the details

Are your pearls real?
Yes! We use only real, cultured and natural, high-quality pearls, including South Sea, Tahitian, and freshwater varieties. Each pearl is unique in its shape, luster, and color, making every piece one of a kind. Designer Nessia sources each pearl personally to ensure you get only the most stunning pieces

Cultured vs. Natural Pearls: What’s the Difference?
Both cultured and natural pearls are made of the same luminous nacre, but their origins set them apart.
Natural pearls form entirely by chance in the wild, making them incredibly rare and valuable.
Cultured pearls, on the other hand, are created with a little help from pearl farmers, who introduce an irritant into the mollusk to initiate pearl formation.
While both are genuine pearls, cultured pearls are more accessible, allowing for a wider range of sizes, colors, and shapes—without compromising on beauty or quality.

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is hand made with care, so please allow about 6 to 8 weeks for production and shipping. If you need something sooner, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you

How is my order shipped?
All Daniouch orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind. We use express shipping services to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly and securely as possible

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for any carrier delays
We recommend selecting a delivery date with at least a three-day buffer to ensure your piece arrives when you need it

Returns & Repairs
What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, if you receive a piece that isn’t quite right, please contact us within 2 weeks of when your piece was delivered, and we’ll do our best to make it right

Yes! If your jewelry needs a little TLC, we offer repair services. Reach out with details, and we’ll guide you through the process

Our Warranty
At Daniouch, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. We offer a complimentary lifetime warranty on all fine jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects such as:

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, or misshapen bands
